I have been teaching recorder, flute, piano and theory of music in Churchdown for 8 years where I offer lessons for all ages
specialising in teaching younger learners.

Whether you intend to take lessons to work towards exams or you
would like to play for fun, my lessons are given in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere ensuring plenty of encouragement along
the way. I pride myself on making my lessons as informal
and enjoyable as possible whilst ensuring that
pupils continue to learn.

Instrumental lessons are usually taught on a one-to-one basis meaning that pupils can work at their own pace and have the individual attention they need to highlight their strengths and build on weaknesses. Theory lessons are usually taught in small
groups as thoughts and ideas shared between pupils
helps to increase the ability to retain information.
